Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with DXN’s long-term goals, including incentive utilization and sustainability integration
Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on cultural fit and long-term retention
Develop training programs that integrate DXN product knowledge, wellness practices, and operational efficiency
Champion employee wellbeing through DXN-only wellness initiatives, skin care awareness, and internal resource improvisation
Conduct engagement surveys, feedback loops, and wellness audits
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies
Draft, update, and communicate HR policies with clarity and platform-specific tone (formal, memo, WhatsApp)
Oversee performance management cycles, feedback systems, and recognition programs
Promote a culture of accountability, independence, and direct reporting structures
Manage payroll, leave, benefits, and HRIS systems with precision
Generate actionable HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
