Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with DXN’s long-term goals, including incentive utilization and sustainability integration
  • Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational development
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on cultural fit and long-term retention
  • Develop training programs that integrate DXN product knowledge, wellness practices, and operational efficiency
  • Champion employee wellbeing through DXN-only wellness initiatives, skin care awareness, and internal resource improvisation
  • Conduct engagement surveys, feedback loops, and wellness audits
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies
  • Draft, update, and communicate HR policies with clarity and platform-specific tone (formal, memo, WhatsApp)
  • Oversee performance management cycles, feedback systems, and recognition programs
  • Promote a culture of accountability, independence, and direct reporting structures
  • Manage payroll, leave, benefits, and HRIS systems with precision
  • Generate actionable HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
