Ensure smooth execution of production schedules with minimal downtime. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure that all products meet company and statutory quality standards Coordinate with QC/QA departments for batch approvals and deviation management. Process & Technical Management Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes for each product line Lead process improvements, new product trials, and technology transfers. Ensure proper calibration and validation of equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot production issues and implement root cause analysis. Manpower & Team Management Cost & Inventory Control Safety, Health & Environment Coordination & Reporting Liaise with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review. Participate in management review meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
