About CarTrends

CarTrends is a fast-growing name in the automobile industry, known for offering innovative solutions in vehicle accessories, spare parts, and service support. With a strong focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and technology-driven operations, we aim to redefine how automotive products reach customers.

We are looking for a Sales Head who can lead, strategize, and drive our sales function across all business segments — OEM, spare parts, and accessories.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead the sales team across different verticals — OEM, spare parts, and accessories — ensuring strong performance and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion in untapped markets.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, discount structure, and customer negotiations to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
  • Ensure a culture of ownership, discipline, and high performance within the sales team.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of proven experience in sales within the automobile industry, specifically handling OEMs, spare parts, and accessories.
  • Strong network and industry relationships within the automotive ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in business development and team management.
