Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and forge strong client relationships. This is a key role contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Negotiate deals and close business partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
