Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajouri Garden for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to achieve sales and revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for preparing proposals, pitching services to potential clients, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Qualifications Business Development or Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and contract negotiation. Knowledge of BIM, VDC, and construction industries; familiarity with BIM tools and methodologies is a strong advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present ideas. Strategic and analytical thinking for market research and identifying growth opportunities. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery. Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth; experience in AEC or related fields is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. SAAS experience can also be considered
