Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Implementation Specialist based in Gurugram. The ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, implementing ERP software, and ensuring that the ERP system supports the organization's needs. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with different departments to gather requirements, configuring and customizing ERP software, training users, and providing ongoing support once the system is live.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and ERP Software implementation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
