Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will oversee sales operations, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves training and mentoring sales team members and regularly reporting on sales activities and performance. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management Strong understanding of automotive products and services Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
