Location: Dehradun Region (Field Work) Role Overview We’re expanding aggressively in the Dehradun region and need a field-hardened Sales Manager who can close high-ticket deals, build a strong on-ground presence, and drive revenue with precision. This is a frontline leadership role—high ownership, high pace, and no room for passive execution. Part-time role with overtime based on surge workloads and performance. Key Responsibilities 1. Revenue Ownership & High-Ticket Conversion Drive and close high-ticket value sales through in-person meetings, demos, and relationship-building. Deploy and monitor daily/weekly sales targets across field clusters. Manage enterprise and B2B pipelines with a focus on large-value closures. 2. Field Team Leadership & Territory Execution Lead, coach, and scale a distributed field team. Conduct joint field visits, performance audits, and on-ground training. Build a disciplined culture with clear daily execution scorecards. 3. New Client Acquisition & Market Penetration Identify and convert high-value prospects across target audiences. Build trust-driven relationships that support long-term revenue. Capture and report market intelligence for continuous product refinement. 4. Channel Sales & Local Partnerships Develop and manage channel partners across Dehradun and surrounding markets. Own partner onboarding, target-setting, and incentive structures. Scale market reach with a hybrid field + alliances model. 5. Operational Excellence & Business Acumen Apply strong commercial judgment for pricing communication and high-ticket objection handling. Maintain governance standards—KPIs, field reporting, compliance. Work cross-functionally to align sales strategies with business goals. Required Skills & Competencies High-Ticket Value Sales Target Audience Identification Sales Target Allocation New Client Acquisition Team Leading & Goal-Setting Team Building & Performance Coaching Business Acumen Enterprise Sales B2B Sales Channel Sales Qualifications 3–8 years of field sales experience with a proven high-ticket sales track record.
