Field Sales Manager

As a part of the esteemed client of MAXTALENT, a prominent Skills and Talent Development organization in the IT sector, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Approaching colleges in and around your base city to connect with deans, HODs, and TPOs, engaging with them to demonstrate the value our organization brings for their students. - Conducting sessions, events, and webinars for students in these colleges to introduce them to new-age career programs, helping them kickstart their careers. - Counseling potential learners such as final-year college students and unemployed graduates on career planning and demonstrating how our organization can be a catalyst for their career development. - Highlighting the uniqueness and effectiveness of our model of learning and career preparation. - Managing the entire sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. - Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads on the CRM. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications: - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Highly dedicated, determined, hardworking, and committed individuals. - Experience in Education Sales (field sales) is a must requirement. - Sales performers with proven track records. - Great listeners who can build trust and rapport with potential learners. - Disciplined approach to building a sales funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets and deadlines. - Willingness to travel, work in the field, and a passion for achieving incentives and building a successful sales career. In addition to the above, the salary offered for this role is up to 7 LPA + Variable + Conveyance.,
