Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bathinda for the Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key accounts. Additionally, the role involves setting sales targets, forecasting, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proficiency in Account Management and Team Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Able to mentor and guide sales team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the glass or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
