Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jammu for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the designated area, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with customers, overseeing sales staff, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with sales software and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Jammu
