Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Business Operations at Aggarwal Glass Works, located in Bathinda. The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, managing and streamlining processes, developing business plans, and ensuring efficient and effective implementation of operational strategies. This role includes coordinating with various departments, analyzing operational performance, and planning financial strategies to achieve company goals.
