Job Description

Role Overview

The Head of Business Operations will oversee and streamline day-to-day business activities across all verticals of TITY Global Pvt Ltd. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, and the ability to drive company-wide performance, efficiency, and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

  • Lead and manage overall business operations, ensuring smooth execution across departments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee project execution, internal workflows, reporting systems, and daily business activities.

Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with the CEO/Management in defining business strategies and operational goals.
  • Drive business expansion initiatives, new service lines, and performance improvement programs.

Team Management

  • Supervise cross-functional teams including software, digital marketing, design, support, and admin units.
  • Assign KPIs, track performance, conduct reviews, and ensure teams meet deadlines and deliverables.

Process & Quality Control

  • Ensure standardized processes for project management, client communication, and service delivery.
  • Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and project satisfaction.
  • Handle escalations, operational challenges, and ensure timely resolution.

Financial & Operational Reporting

  • Oversee budgeting, cost management, and operational expenditure.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for management review.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure company policies, legal compliance, and operational standards are followed.
  • Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to oversee multiple teams and manage simultaneous projects.
  • Experience in IT, software, digital services, or technology sectors preferred.

Pay: ₹25,023.61 - ₹34,442.83 per month
