Job Summary:

Tity Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly experienced Startup Expert with a
strong background in business ideation, early-stage growth strategy, and startupecosystem development. The ideal candidate should be skilled in guidingfounders, validating ideas, creating business models, and supporting go-to-marketexecution.Key Responsibilities:

Startup Strategy & Ideation
 Assist founders and teams in identifying market opportunities, validatingideas, and creating scalable business models. Support in building pitch decks, business plans, and investor proposals. Provide mentorship for early-stage startup setup, planning, and execution.Business Development & Growth Guide startups in creating revenue models, pricing strategy, and customeracquisition plans. Develop GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new products and services. Help in identifying partnerships, collaborations, and market-entrychannels.Operations & Execution Work with cross-functional teams to set up workflows, processes, andoperational frameworks for new ventures. Support in product development roadmaps, MVP planning, and markettesting. Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring startup teams.Ecosystem Management Build strong networks with investors, incubators, accelerators, andindustry mentors. Conduct startup workshops, training sessions, and innovation programs atTity Global. Represent Tity Global in startup events, forums, and ecosystempartnerships.Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in startups, incubation, business
consulting, or strategic growth roles. Strong knowledge of startup lifecycle, business formation, and scalingstrategies. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to mentor founders and guide teams with a solutions-drivenmindset. Experience with pitch decks, fundraising strategies, and startupdocumentation.Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or
related fields.Salary As per company forms and as per experience
