Job Summary:

Tity Global Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to
oversee day-to-day branch operations, lead the sales team, ensure customersatisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have strongleadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, clients,and branch performance effectively.Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations Management
 Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring smooth operations andcompliance with company policies. Manage branch budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency. Monitor and enhance service quality, processes, and customer experience.Team Leadership & Performance Supervise, guide, and motivate branch staff to achieve productivity andquality standards. Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and staff developmentprograms. Foster a professional, positive, and goal-oriented work environment.Sales & Business Development Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansionstrategies. Conduct client meetings, field visits, and presentations when required. Ensure proper lead management, follow-ups, and client conversions.Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Maintain strong communication between the branch and clients.Reporting & Compliance Prepare sales reports, operational reports, and performance dashboardsfor management. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company-specific guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and branch data.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management, operations, orteam leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage high-performing teams. Experience in client handling, field operations, and business development. Good knowledge of CRM tools, reporting methods, and branch operations. Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities.Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related
field.Salary As per company forms and as per experience
