Job Description

Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning across sales, customer service, administration, and compliance while meeting organizational standards and service benchmarks.
Drive business growth by developing and implementing branch-level sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, identifying market opportunities, and guiding teams to achieve revenue and business development targets.
Manage branch staff through effective leadership, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, coaching, and motivation to maintain a high-performing and customer-centric team.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal audit requirements, and risk management policies while maintaining high levels of operational accuracy, security, and compliance within the branch.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships by addressing escalations, improving service quality, and implementing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor financial performance of the branch, control expenses, ensure timely reporting, and maintain profitability through efficient resource and cost management.
