The role involves managing sales operations within the designated area, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, and developing relationships with local distributors and retailers. The candidate will oversee sales team performance, set and achieve sales targets, and provide training to team members to improve sales outcomes. Additionally, responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, strategic planning to expand market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and support. Requirements Strong sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development Team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and train sales teams effectively Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to track performance metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and team members Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions Graduation in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience of at least 7+ years in the FMCG sector or a similar industry is preferred.
