Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Ola Electric, you will play a crucial role in leading sales initiatives and driving revenue growth for our EV product portfolio in Delhi NCR. Ola Electric is a leading pure EV player in India, with vertically integrated technology and manufacturing capabilities for EVs and components like battery packs, motors, and vehicle frames at the Ola Future Factory. Our transformative impact on India's electrification efforts includes advanced cell technology research and cell manufacturing capacity building at the Gigafactory in Tamilnadu. - **Lead Experience Centers Operations:** - Oversee store operations in the region to drive sales and enhance brand experience through effective customer engagement and conversion strategies. - **Sales Funnel Management and Performance Monitoring:** - Define KPIs for channel sales teams, manage the sales funnel, analyze performance metrics, and optimize sales processes for improved efficiency. - **After-Sales Strategy Implementation:** - Develop and execute after-sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, address complaints, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. - **Collaborate with Marketing and Fulfillment Teams:** - Coordinate with Marketing and Communications team for promotional events and product launches, and work with the Fulfillment team for timely delivery. - **Continuous Improvement and Team Development:** - Conduct competitor analysis, coach the sales team for enhanced performance, and improve operational management systems for increased efficiency. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - 12+ years of regional sales management experience, preferably in the automotive sector. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of automotive retail channel and/or fleet sales. - Ability to travel frequently within the region. - Passion for clean energy and sustainability is a strong plus.,
