About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining sales strategy, building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and strengthening customer relationships across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and growth channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Establish sales processes, CRM usage, and performance reporting systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Drive pricing, negotiation, and deal-closure strategies.
• Present sales performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Business Development Head).
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive growth targets.

Preferred Experience

• 2-5 years of overall sales experience (industry flexible).
• Experience in B2B / B2C / E-commerce / Digital Services (as applicable).
• Experience scaling teams and managing large sales pipelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
