About the Role: We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in managing and optimizing lead generation and conversion-driven ad campaigns across Google Ads , Meta Ads , and similar platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of campaign structure, setup processes, audience targeting, and performance analysis to ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management Plan, set up, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads – from ad creation to tracking and optimization. Performance Optimization Continuously test and refine creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages to improve ROI. Analytics & Reporting Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Team Collaboration Coordinate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and landing pages are conversion-friendly. Requirements: 1+ year hands-on experience in performance marketing. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics . Strong analytical and reporting skills. Certifications in Google Ads/Meta (preferred).
