We specialize in providing expert market entry and sales channel management for leading European, Asian and American manufacturers in the industrial sector. Our core focus is on representing high-quality mechanical equipment, renewable energy solutions, and critical instruments, fittings & spare parts for industrial plants across the GCC region. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our team. Your primary mission will be to identify, target, and secure new manufacturing principals (OEMs) from Europe, Asia and America. You will be the front line in building our portfolio of represented products by generating qualified leads and managing the initial sales cycle until the closure of a representation agreement. This role is pivotal to our expansion strategy and offers significant growth potential. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential OEMs and manufacturers in Europe and America specializing in: We will train how systematically can do it Mechanical equipment for industrial plants Renewable energy systems and components Industrial fittings, valves, and pipes Critical spare parts and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) items. 2. Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with key decision-makers (Business Development Directors, International Export Managers, Owners) through tailored emails, LinkedIn messages, and scheduled calls (technical department will support). 3. Needs Analysis & Pitching: Understand the pain points and international expansion goals of potential principals. Effectively articulate our value proposition as their exclusive sales agent in the lucrative GCC market. 4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospective clients through consistent follow-up and professional relationship management. 5. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the management team to prepare compelling and customized sales representation proposals (template and guidance will be provided). 6. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system. Required Qualifications & Experience A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus. Prefer proven experience of 1-5 years in a Business Development, or Technical Sales role, with a focus on B2B industrial products . Understanding of mechanical equipment, industrial components, and/or the renewable energy sector. Exceptional communication, presentation, preparation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior-level executives. Self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently in a remote setting and driven to exceed targets. Tech-savvy, with proficiency in any CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the MS Office suite. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
