Job Summary

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media platforms, and other digital networks. We’re looking for someone who can drive measurable outcomes such as clicks, leads, conversions, and sales. This role will require a data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and ensure continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign performance, tracking key KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance metrics.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve targeted KPIs.
  • Develop and execute growth-focused strategies to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages.
  • Set up tracking mechanisms, including conversion tracking and UTM parameters, to accurately measure performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools or best practices.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategy accordingly.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools, keyword research tools, and campaign management platforms.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho Marketing, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO and organic digital marketing strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Webflow, or WordPress.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
