Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and skilled in managing performance-driven advertising across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Generate qualified leads for services and training programs while maintaining target CPL and ROI.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize ads, audiences, creatives, and budgets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and sales teams to align campaign objectives.
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones efficiently.

Required Skills:-

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels.
• Proficiency in campaign reporting using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns for service-based businesses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
