Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and skilled Telecaller cum Counselor who can manage inbound/outbound calls, counsel leads effectively, and maintain proper data and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to digital marketing training leads and provide clear course information.
• Conduct cold calling for digital marketing service inquiries and generate interest.
• Maintain and update lead data, call logs, and daily reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analyze lead responses and share insights for improvement.
• Guide and counsel potential students/clients as per their requirements.
• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for smooth workflow.
• Earn additional incentives based on successful lead conversions as per company incentive norms.
