Performance Marketer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns with a strong focus on conversions and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling campaigns and improving ROI for e-commerce or D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta) & Google Ads campaigns
• Drive sales-focused and conversion-led marketing strategies
• Implement and improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across funnels
• Manage and optimize Shopify stores for performance and scalability
• Plan and execute sale campaigns, offers, and product launches
• Track performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta & Google Ads
• Proven experience in CRO and funnel optimization
• Solid understanding of Shopify and e-commerce workflows
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets efficiently and maximize ROI
