Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for better outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve marketing goals. The role includes identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating on strategies to maximize conversion rates and customer engagement.

Job Requirements and DetailsExp - Minimum 3 years in Google and Meta AdsLocation - Central Avenue KolkataSalary - upto 6lpaIMMEDIATE JOINERSEXPERIENCE IN EDTECH INDUSTRY PREFERRED**LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERED

Expertise in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads,PPC advertising, and social media platforms
Must be able to generate quality leads
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and data analytics to measure campaign performance
Knowledge of Marketing Strategies, Budget Management, and ROI optimization
Experience in A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Content Marketing
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the Ed-tech industry or knowledge of NEET-related education is an added advantage
