Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Botany Faculty located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Senior Botany Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality botany lectures, creating and updating learning materials, developing and conducting assessments, and providing student guidance and support. The faculty member will also participate in curriculum development and ensure the highest educational standards for NEET preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of botany concepts and ability to convey complex topics clearly
• Experience in preparing and delivering educational content
• Skills in curriculum development and student assessment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Experience in educational technology tools and strategies
• M.Sc. or higher in Botany or related field
• 5+ years of teaching experience, preferably in NEET coaching
