About The Company

LearnHill Technologies is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on product and packaging graphics for toys and games. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling, age and market-appropriate graphics, that enhance the appeal and usability of our products and packaging. You will collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and meet the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative, age-appropriate, and market-relevant graphics for toys and games.
• Develop innovative product packaging designs that enhance visual appeal, shelf impact, and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the product development team to translate product concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and feasible for mass production.
• Create illustrations, logos, icons, and layout compositions for packaging, manuals, and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and mockups, ensuring accuracy in colors, dimensions, and technical specifications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on design trends in the toy and game industry.
• Ensure consistency in design language and visual storytelling across all product lines.
• Manage multiple projects and meet design deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
• Review prototypes and packaging samples, providing feedback to ensure the final output matches the approved design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the toys, games, or consumer product industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and print production standards.
• Experience in creating die-lines, mockups, and print-ready files.
• Creative thinker with the ability to balance innovation and brand consistency.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of 3D visualization tools (like Blender, Dimension, or KeyShot) will be an added advantage.

Pay & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Saturday
Timing: 10:00 AM to 06:30 PM
