Job Responsibilities Drive retail sales and market the companys watch brand across retail stores in India. Manage and expand retail networks, including dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Oversee retail operations, merchandising, and in-store promotions to enhance brand visibility. Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights for business growth. Desired profile of the candidate Graduate with 25 years of experience in Retail/Channel Sales, preferably in wrist watches, or lifestyle accessories. Experience in retail or channel sales (wrist watches, lifestyle products, or similar industries preferred). Ability to manage retail operations and drive sales across multiple locations. Good understanding of retail networks, dealers, or distributors across India. Familiarity with brand promotion, merchandising, and sales planning. Strong people skills with an aptitude for leadership, negotiation, and relationship building
