Retail Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and market the companys watch brand across retail stores in India.
• Manage and expand retail networks, including dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Oversee retail operations, merchandising, and in-store promotions to enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insights for business growth.

Desired profile of the candidate

• Graduate with 25 years of experience in Retail/Channel Sales, preferably in wrist watches, or lifestyle accessories.
• Experience in retail or channel sales (wrist watches, lifestyle products, or similar industries preferred).
• Ability to manage retail operations and drive sales across multiple locations.
• Good understanding of retail networks, dealers, or distributors across India.
• Familiarity with brand promotion, merchandising, and sales planning.
• Strong people skills with an aptitude for leadership, negotiation, and relationship building
