This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically proficient, but also a strong team leader, with the ability to translate organizational needs into effective digital solutions. Our ecosystem includes Flutter-based front-end mobile applications and a Frappe Framework-based backend (commonly used with ERPNext, but customized to our needs). Your role will involve guiding the development team in implementing business logic, designing technical architecture, and ensuring best practices across both layers of this stack. Key Responsibilities Take complete ownership of the technical architecture and software delivery process. • Understand various temple and NGO operations, translate them into digital workflows, and architect scalable backend and frontend solutions. • Lead a team of developers, ensuring that code quality, business logic, and development practices align with organizational goals. • Work with stakeholders to analyse requirements and convert them into actionable development plans. • Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and mentor the team. • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between the Flutter-based front-ends and the Frappe backend. • Stay updated on advancements in Frappe, Flutter, and mobile/web technologies to ensure the best possible solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture. • Strong understanding of the Frappe Framework (preferably with ERPNext background). • Proficiency in Flutter & Dart for Android/iOS mobile development. • Experience in implementing and managing complex business logic and workflows. • Good understanding of Python (for Frappe customizations) and MariaDB/PostgreSQL. • Comfortable working with REST APIs and third-party integrations. • Demonstrated experience in leading development teams, especially in a product-driven or mission-based organization. • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment is a bonus. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end vendor interactions, procurement operations, and ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Vendor and Supplier Management Source vendors and suppliers for required materials, equipment, and services. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost. Ensure proper evaluation of vendors as per FSMS (Food Safety Management System) requirements before placing orders. Ensure proper communication with vendors regarding FSMS requirements. Communicate deviations to SOP to the vendors and ensure corrective action is implemented. Implement Supplier Quality Management System with all vendors. Maintain vendor database and update approved supplier lists. Procurement Operations Coordinate unit-level procurements along with production and store departments. Support cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality. Delivery and Inventory Coordination Ensure on-time delivery of items as per the requirements. Ensure timely delivery of goods by collaborating with internal teams. Monitor inventory levels to determine purchasing needs. Resolve any supply issues or delays. Quality, Audits, and Documentation Coordinate supplier audits and ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), and legal compliance. Address any supplier issues or concerns. Update management on vendor performance on a periodic basis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of experience is mandatory. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store area. Implement and maintain storage best practices to ensure product safety and compliance. Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any variances.
