Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver cohesive, high-quality creative assets.
Design engaging visuals for digital platforms including social media, websites, emails, and online ads.
Develop print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints with consistency in style, tone, and visual quality.
Translate ideas into impactful graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, and layouts.
Adapt designs for multiple formats while meeting deadlines on parallel projects.
Incorporate feedback constructively and refine designs accordingly.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh creative ideas.
Support basic video editing, motion graphics, or UI/UX design as needed.

Skills Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in IT, tech, or marketing environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across digital and print media.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Figma, and CorelDRAW.
Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Basic skills in video editing, motion graphics, or Canva/Sketch.
