Role Highlights:

• Lead

  pan-India sales strategy

  for Air Cooler & Kitchen Chimney categories
• Drive

  dealer & distributor expansion

  , GT/MT channels, and regional growth
• Own

  sales targets, forecasting, and market penetration

• Build and lead

  high-performing national sales teams

• Work closely with

  marketing & product teams

  to strengthen brand and category growth

👤 Ideal Profile:

• 15+ years

  of experience in

  Consumer Durables / FMCD

• Strong exposure to

  Home Appliances (Air Coolers / Chimneys preferred)

• Proven track record in

  pan-India channel sales and team leadership

• Experience in scaling businesses and driving profitability
