Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for the Head of Sales at Lets See Tour and Travel Pvt Ltd. The individual will oversee the sales department and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, managing key accounts, driving customer acquisition strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the consistent growth of the business. Additionally, the Head of Sales will work closely with other departments to align strategies and make data-driven decisions. Qualifications Strong B2B Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Proven experience in Account Management and building meaningful client relationships. Analytical skills to interpret market trends and drive strategic planning and decision-making. Team Management abilities to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team effectively. Solid understanding of the travel industry and experience with B2B sales is preferred. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
