Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets. Identify, assess, and explore new market opportunities, product lines, and customer acquisition strategies. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business. Formulate competitive business models and strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability. Oversee the launch and scaling of new financial products, ensuring alignment with market needs and organizational goals. Establish sales performance metrics and provide regular insights to ensure alignment with objectives. Drive digital transformation and technology adoption in sales processes to improve efficiency and customer engagement. Operational Excellence: Develop and optimize end-to-end operational processes to support seamless service delivery and improve productivity. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies across all operational activities. Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to mitigate operational risks and ensure legal alignment. Lead initiatives to enhance customer onboarding, servicing, and collection processes, reducing turnaround times. Introduce and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to drive operational accountability. Manage vendor relationships for operational requirements, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization while achieving cost savings. Key Result Area: Achievement of sales targets and year-on-year revenue growth.
