Job Synopsis We are looking for a senior marketing leader to own and drive our marketing strategy at smartContract CLM, a fast-growing SaaS company transforming contract lifecycle management for enterprise clients. You’ll oversee brand positioning, content, social media, events, CRM, and lead generation - with a capable in-house team and external partners to support execution. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will shape the company’s market presence and accelerate growth in the legal tech space. Job Responsibilities Content and Marketing Strategy • Own and execute the company’s content strategy across LinkedIn, website, and relevant industry channels, supported by a creative and marketing technology team. • Develop and oversee the content calendar, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints. • Lead storytelling initiatives that translate complex AI + legal tech capabilities into compelling narratives for our target audiences. • Guide and review content produced by the team to maintain brand standards and quality. Brand Strategy & Corporate Communications • Own and evolve the company’s brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints. • Lead corporate communications, public relations, and analyst relations (including Gartner, G2, and other industry platforms). • Develop storytelling initiatives that highlight our innovation, differentiators, and client success stories. CRM, Outbound, and Paid Advertising • Own the company’s CRM system. • Oversee paid advertising strategy and budget, executed by your marketing technology team member. • Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns using Lemlist or similar platforms, ensuring personalization and deliverability at scale. Visual Identity & Design Leadership • Own the company’s visual identity system, including logo, color palette, typography, and overall design language. • Lead and develop the in-house content and design resources to create cohesive and compelling assets across digital, web, product marketing, corporate materials, and events. • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and standards across the organization. Events • Identify and evaluate new industry events and speaking opportunities that align with brand and sales goals. • Coordinate with event organizers, lead pre-event preparation, oversee on-site execution, and ensure post-event follow-up to maximize ROI. Executive Communications • Partner closely with Founder and other senior executives to ensure executive visibility, including messaging, thought leadership, keynote development, and speaking opportunities. • Lead external communication planning for major company initiatives, product announcements, and organizational changes. Measurement & Optimization • Define and report on KPIs across awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and brand equity, using data to continuously refine strategies. Qualification/ Skills/ Experience Required: • 7+ years of experience in content, communications and/or marketing, atleast 4+ years in high-growth B2B software/SaaS companies. • Exceptional storyteller with excellent writing, messaging, and presentation skills. • Demonstrated success leading brand identity and visual systems across global, multi-channel organizations. • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams. • Data-driven mindset with fluency in brand and campaign performance metrics. • Proficiency in marketing technology tools such as ActiveCampaign, Lemlist, and common paid ads platforms. • Deep understanding of social media trends, tone, and engagement strategies, with proven expertise in leveraging the LinkedIn algorithm for B2B growth.
