About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director. Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director Type: Full time/ On-site Experience: 3-6yrs Key Responsibilities: Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions. Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Managing Director. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all matters. Assist in the preparation of business reports, MIS, and presentations. Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation. Track key projects, deadlines, and provide timely updates. Support the Managing Director with market/industry insights for decision-making. Represent the Managing Director in meetings, calls, and events as required. Requirements: She must have 3–6 years of Executive Assistant or executive support experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of real estate solutions in the residential, commercial, and luxury segments.
