· Design and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth in residential, commercial, and luxury property segments.
· Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, developers, channel partners, and corporate clients to drive business.
· Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and RERA compliance.
· Drive channel partner tie-ups and corporate sales to expand business outreach.
· Plan and conduct site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations to ensure lead conversion.
· Represent the company at property exhibitions, real estate shows, and industry events.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotions.
· Prepare timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
· Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
· Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/NCR market and RERA compliance.
· Track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking and strong analytical abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
