- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Oversee end-to-end sales operations, from lead generation to deal closure. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Shoot highquality videos and photos of farmland projects, events and customer experiences. - Ensure timely delivery of videos and maintain an organized video library. - Stay updated with video trends and apply them to enhance brand presence.
- Male candidates prefered - Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their farmland operations. - Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks. - Prepare and maintain reports for management and clients.
