About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Operations to lead and scale the company’s operational, sales-support, and cross-functional execution frameworks.


You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive key business priorities, streamline company-wide workflows, and implement data-driven improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and revenue outcomes. You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, strengthening operational systems, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments such as Product, Tech, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.


This role requires a strong leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational discipline—someone who understands how to scale processes, build structure, and create accountability while fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.


Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Work closely with the CEO to monitor progress on key business initiatives and operational goals.
  • Support in planning, coordination, and follow-up on strategic projects across departments such as administration, operations, finance, and infrastructure.
  • Lead and manage the

    Operations team

    , overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and capability development to ensure strong functional performance.
  • Conduct regular

    performance reviews

    , provide structured feedback, and support team members in their professional growth and skill enhancement.
  • Support team leads and managers in driving productivity, adherence to processes, and performance discipline across all sales and operational functions.
  • Contribute to workforce planning by identifying resource requirements, supporting staffing decisions, and ensuring adequate capacity during peak operational cycles.
  • Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment by addressing team challenges proactively and ensuring smooth communication across roles and functions.


Operations Management & Process Improvement

  • Ensure consistent adherence to

    SOPs

    by standardizing, updating, and refining processes across teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Implement

    routine quality checks

    and audits

    to ensure adherence to standard practices, data accuracy, and operational compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Content, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance) to support the smooth

    rollout and adoption of new processes

    , tools, and

    operational initiatives

  • Facilitate

    organizational change management

    by guiding teams through updated workflows, new tools, and evolving operational frameworks.


Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights

  • Oversee the

    tracking and analysis of key performance metrics

    across sales and operational functions, ensuring

    data accuracy

    and timely availability.
  • Review and validate data captured from

    Website, CRM

    and reporting dashboards to maintain reliability and consistency.
  • Build and maintain

    dashboards and reports

    that provide visibility into daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and present actionable insights to management to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.


Sales Operations

  • Oversee

    end-to-end sales operations

    , ensuring that lead generation, lead sanitization, and

    CRM & Sales Funnel

    hygiene processes are consistently followed by the team.
  • Govern and optimize the use of

    sales tools

    (CRM, dialers, dashboards), ensuring best practices, correct usage, and maximum tool adoption across the team.
  • Review sales performance

    dashboards and reports

    regularly, highlight insights, and recommend strategic improvements to

    sales leadership

    sales training function

    by ensuring teams receive effective onboarding on processes, tools, systems, and performance expectations.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience:

    6+ years of experience in a similar capacity within the education sector or business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated expertise in previous roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
