, you’ll be my operational counterpart, translating ambition into predictable output and ensuring Flent runs as a high-trust, high-precision machine.You’ll work closely with product, manufacturing, CX, procurement, and leadership to make Flent’s entire operational backbone

engine room of the company

. You’ll architect processes, build operational frameworks, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure that the company is operating with sharpness, foresight, and measurable control. You are the person who notices the gaps, maps the flows, fixes the inefficiencies, and creates systems that let teams do their best work. You’ll also own the largest cost items on our PnL, starting from how inventory is being used, to how costs can scale down with growth.This is a role for someone who loves

, maintains high ownership, who can toggle between high-level strategy and on-the-ground execution, and who finds joy in making complex things simple.What you’ll broadly do:

• Run & Scale Home Flipping Operations End-to-End Improve standard operating procedures for evaluation, scoping, budgeting, contractor management, and execution along with owning cross-team alignment to ensure flips are delivered on time, on budget, and at quality.
• Build the Procurement, Manufacturing & Logistics Engine Own material procurement strategies, price intelligence, vendor development, negotiation, and demand planning.
• Lead Warehousing, Inventory, Quality & Efficiency Implement quality control checkpoints across manufacturing, warehousing, and on-ground execution and build visibility dashboards, inventory audits, and transit snapshots to ensure integrity in the chain.
• Take Operations to the next level (be Superman) Dive deeper into systems and eventually zoom out, understand bottlenecks, and build systems that can outlast pressure from all directions.
  

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Running the weekly operating rhythm with functional leaders
• Translating strategic priorities into clear execution plans
• Auditing key processes to identify gaps and opportunities
• Working with product and tech teams to improve internal tooling and automation
• Leading cross-team standups, retros, and planning cycles
• Creating dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of the business
• Unblocking teams by simplifying workflows or redesigning processes
• Supporting customer-facing escalations with structured solutions
• Hiring and coaching operations talent as we scale
  

Your day won’t be repetitive - you’ll constantly zoom out to refine the operating model and zoom in to make sure the machine actually runs.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, or similar roles
• Thinks in systems and scales them with discipline
• Loves structure, clarity, and transforming ambiguity into action
• Is deeply cross-functional and comfortable influencing without authority
• Brings strong analytical, planning, and project management skills
• Communicates crisply and can simplify complexity for teams
• Uses data to drive decisions and measure performance
• Is obsessed with efficiency, quality, and outcomes
• Thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building from 0→1→N
• Has high integrity, high ownership, and a solutions-first mindset
