Meet Flent 👋🏼 Renting in India can be a nightmare. Think about it: visiting countless houses, arguing over rent, losing money to brokers, sticking to 11-month contracts, and spending lakhs of rupees into furnishing. It's a lot, and honestly, we deserve better. This is where Flent comes in. We're creating a new standard of urban renting for India. Now imagine walking into a home that feels like it’s straight out of a lifestyle magazine - fully furnished, beautifully staged, all you need to bring is your clothes and your vibe. No need to persuade landlords, no dealing with brokers, and no 11-month lock-ins. It’s not just a vision; it’s what we believe the top 1% in India truly deserves. We started Flent because we were fed up. Trying to find a decent place in the city was a nightmare. But beyond the frustration was a deep-seated passion for home decor and an eye for detail that we couldn't ignore. Numbers revealed that ~$10 Bn is spent annually on urban renting — and that was the tipping point. It convinced us of the potential to craft the future of renting, designed for those who demand more and compromise less. Flent is backed by top-tier VCs and angels. Since our inception in Jan’24, we’ve launched 100+ homes in Bangalore, went viral on X more than we imagined, and crossed $1,000,000 in annual GMV. About The Role As our first People & Culture hire at Flent, you're setting the tone for the kind of company we want to build — not just the one we are today. You’ll own everything from hiring our next 25 teammates to shaping how it feels to work here. We’re growing fast, and this role is crucial to ensuring that we scale intentionally — with the right people, the right values, and the right systems. This is a high-ownership role. You’ll work directly with the founders. We’re looking for someone who can think like a founder when it comes to people: someone who gets excited about building culture, process, and talent infrastructure from scratch, and who thrives in fast-paced, messy, ambitious environments. What you’ll broadly do: Build and run our talent engine Own the entire hiring process — from role scoping and JD writing to sourcing strategy, interview design, and candidate experience. You’ll work closely with founders to forecast needs, define what great looks like for each role, and bring in the kind of people who raise the bar. Codify our culture and help it come alive Today, our values live in Notion pages, Slack messages, and founder 1:1s. You’ll help turn that implicit culture into something shared, lived, and reinforced — through rituals, onboarding, team practices, and hiring criteria. Run people operations with structure and care Build and maintain systems for onboarding, payroll, reimbursements, benefits, compliance, and internal policies. Ensure these processes are clear, scalable, and easy to navigate for the team. Design and run our upskilling & learning programs Whether it's founder training, access to learning budgets, speaker sessions, or peer learning — you’ll be responsible for helping Flent employees grow faster than the company. You’ll figure out what people need, design systems to deliver it, and make learning a core part of our culture. What your day-to-day will look like: Create, manage, and continuously refine our hiring process — including job descriptions, interview plans, sourcing channels, and candidate experience. Collaborate closely with founders to align hiring with company goals and values. Build and manage a strong pipeline across functions — using a mix of inbound, outbound, and network strategies. Lead onboarding to ensure every new hire feels like they belong on Day 1. Review and iterate on our benefits and perks — be creative, be generous, and keep an eye on what truly matters to the team. Process payroll, reimbursements, compliance, and create policies as and when required. Run internal and external programs to fill learning gaps across the org. We’re looking for someone who: Has 3–6 years of experience across People Ops, HR, or Talent Acquisition — ideally in fast-growing startups or high-ownership environments. Has built (or rebuilt) hiring processes from scratch and knows what great talent looks like across multiple functions. Deeply cares about culture and can translate values into action — not just words on a wall. Is organized, process-driven, and can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball. Is a strong communicator who can handle hard conversations with empathy and clarity. Understands that "HR" isn't about control — it’s about enabling people to do the best work of their lives. Is excited to take ownership and build something foundational at a company on the rise. Educational qualifications don’t matter to us at Flent. What does is your curiosity, your bias for action, and your ability to think deeply about people and systems. If you want to help build a world-class team and a culture worth fighting for — we’d love to talk.

Meet Your Team Hi, Im Purva, one of the early team members at Flent. ???????? I lead our product design efforts, which includes everything from designing homes and sourcing furniture to managing vendors, building processes, and solving messy on-ground problems. Over the last year and a half, Ive designed and executed over 100 homes. And if theres one thing Ive learned, its this: great design is only half the job. The other half is pure operations - planning meticulously, moving quickly, handling chaos gracefully, and building systems that scale. If I had to put a number to it, Id say its 40% design, 60% ops. Our team sits right at the intersection of creativity and execution. We care deeply about aesthetics, but were equally obsessed with timelines, budgets, processes, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. We move fast - often setting up homes in just 3 to 5 days - and every project is a mix of design instinct, logistical hustle, and operational sharpness. Its messy, high-paced, deeply satisfying work. And every home we finish reminds me why I love it. About the Role Were looking for someone whos excited by this blend of creativity and chaos - someone who loves designing thoughtful, renter-friendly spaces and thrives on the challenge of pulling them off in record time. Youll need taste, speed, and serious ops instinct - because in this role, design decisions dont just live on moodboards - they have to work on the ground. As a Product Ops Associate (Design) at Flent, youll work at the heart of our home setup process - translating creative intent into operational reality. Youll take charge of everything from design planning and sourcing, to vendor coordination and on-site execution. Youll work closely with me and other core team members, and have end-to-end ownership over home setup projects - from concept to final QC. This role is ideal for someone who loves making ideas happen, sweats the small stuff, and finds joy in both design detail and ops discipline. What youll broadly do Own the end-to-end setup of homes From moodboarding and layout planning to vendor briefing and final QC - youll drive the full setup lifecycle across multiple homes each month. Youll ensure each home feels distinct, well-designed, and true to Flents aesthetic and functional standards. Make calls on-site Be on the ground to guide setups, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and make judgment calls when things dont go as planned. Build and improve execution playbook Document processes, identify gaps, and help systematize the way we scale home setups without losing quality or efficiency. Design with cost and scale in mind Think about design choices not just aesthetically, but through the lens of cost-efficiency, maintenance, and operational feasibility at scale. Audit and maintain product standards Review every setup with a critical eye - flag mismatches between design intent and execution, identify recurring issues, and keep pushing the bar on quality Compensation, Benefits & Perks The total cash compensation for this role is upto INR 10 LPA. Youll be eligible for ESOPs & standard perks beyond the cash component. The role is based in Kormangala, Bangalore. We do not operate remotely, you should be based in Bangalore to be eligible for this role. Show more Show less

Hey, Im Mayank, Co?Founder & CPO at Flent. I look after everything that defines how people live with us from furniture and aesthetics to delivering a consistent, high?quality experience. For me, customer experience is about one thing : consistency. Its built by making the right promises and delivering on them - not once, but every single day. And it only works well when everyone is involved : the customer who lives in the space, the landlord who owns it, and the company that makes it all happen. Honestly, anyone can rent out rooms or furnish houses, theres nothing remarkable about that. What sets us apart is the care we put into every step, making sure our tenants feel understood and supported. Experience can seem subjective and hard to measure, but thats the part I love. Breaking it down into what truly matters, finding ways to track it, and turning it into something we can keep improving every day will define how we evolve. About the Role If Flent is the body, customer experience is its soul. How our customers are treated during their stay defines not just their journey with us, it shapes a meaningful part of their lives. In a market where renting has become a low-trust, transaction-led experience, were building an experience-led way of living. This role isnt just about making our customers happy. Its about setting guardrails, building policies and processes that work for everyone, and owning responsibility when challenges arise. From the day someone moves in to the day they leave, youll ensure their trust in us only grows stronger. If you believe that great experiences are deliberate, not accidental - this role is for you. What youll broadly do: Own the customer journey From the moment they move in, theyre in your hands. Youre their go?to person for answers, support, and making life easier you define what the Flent experience feels like. Set the rules of the game Renting can get messy, especially in shared spaces. Youll create fair policies that align customers, landlords, and Flent on whats right, whats wrong, and whos responsible. Keep them happy (and staying) People stick around when they feel at home. Youll make sure they do and if they leave, its never because we dropped the ball. Be the bridge Customers, Landlords, Flent you build accountability radially in all directions. If something breaks, leaks, or needs attention, you make sure the right people know and act fast. Show more Show less

Product Designer bengaluru,karnataka,india 5 years INR 28.0 - 30.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Hey - I’m Rishabh, co-founder & COO at Flent. I lead all things tech, platform, and cashflow here. I feel the Flent platform is going to be a lot more than a grid of homes on an app. Renting in REAL life is extremely messy. Most people come with fuzzy requirements - “something close to my office, maybe ₹60k budget, should’ve good ventilation, non-smoking flatmates”. And on the supply side, every home is a new SKU with 100+ attributes. Traditional marketplace interfaces and journeys will never work. I think of our platform as a broker in software form - one that listens, interprets, and guides, rather than dumping endless choices. It should be able to explain why this home makes sense for you, do the trade-offs you’d otherwise struggle with, and build trust through speed and clarity. Good design, to me, is invisible yet deeply felt. It simplifies decisions, reduces doubt, and helps people move forward with confidence. That’s the bar I hold for everything we build at Flent. About The Role We’re hiring our first Product Designer. You won’t just be designing screens — you’ll be setting the design DNA of the company. From the way renters search, visit, and book homes, to how they manage their stay after moving in, you’ll shape the entire digital renting experience. With no legacy to unwind, you get a blank canvas to build a design foundation from scratch — the system, the flows, the patterns, and the culture. You’ll partner with product management and engineering to scope, run quick user feedback loops and deliver visual interfaces that set a new bar in product design. This role also comes with an opportunity to lead the function in the next 12-24 months. What you’ll broadly do: Build the design system Create Flent’s Figma system from the ground up—color tokens, typography, components, motion. Ship accessible, consistent UI across every screen. Own end-to-end journeys Design the visual product for tenants, landlords, and prospects across onboarding, discovery, booking, and post–move-in. Cover happy flows to edge states; write crisp microcopy. Define the core experience Map the full renting lifecycle—search to move-in and beyond. Set navigation, state handling, and online ↔ offline touchpoints (home visits, key handoffs). Prototype fast Turn ideas into clickable prototypes in hours. Test with users or teammates, then push to high-fidelity, dev-ready specs. Shape product strategy Help frame problems, outcomes, and success metrics. Partner with PM/engineering to scope MVPs, trade-offs, and risks. Measure and improve Pick UX metrics (e.g., time-to-match, booking drop-offs). Instrument with engineering, analyze behavior, and iterate in tight build-measure-learn loops. Seed the design culture As our first designer, you will run UI critiques, setup document patterns and set design rituals What your day-to-day will look like: Align on priorities each morning with the team. Translate feedback and fuzzy inputs into clear design briefs. Work in Figma — from wireframes to polished UI — while keeping the design system updated. Prototype flows and run quick user tests. Scope work with PM/Eng, breaking down designs into simple, valuable milestones. QA before launch — visuals, motion, copy, accessibility. Monitor analytics and replays post-launch, suggest tweaks and bigger bets. Stay close to users by joining home visits, sales demos, and support chats. Share design inspirations, do product teardowns and plan design sprints. Push for design-led culture in the tech team. We’re looking for someone who: Has 2–5 years of experience in product design, ideally in consumer-facing products. Brings strong visual craft — clear hierarchy, intuitive interactions, thoughtful motion. Is fluent in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, prototyping). Can turn ambiguous problems statements into structured flows and prototypes. Communicates clearly with PMs and engineers, and thrives in collaborative teams. Balances creativity with execution, knows when to polish and when to ship. Is genuinely excited about creating a new standard of renting in India Able to think from first principles instead of simply applying the “standard” UX processes. Educational qualifications don’t matter to us at Flent. What does is your curiosity, your bias for action, and your ability to think deeply about people and systems. If you want to help build a world-class team and a culture worth fighting for — we’d love to talk. Apply now if you feel you are ready for your next challenge! Compensation Range: ₹28L - ₹30L

FlentX bengaluru,karnataka,india 0 years INR 3.0 - 3.6 Lacs P.A. On-site Not specified

Manifesto Hey! I’m Shail - one of the co-founders @ Flent. I did six internships during college. Not because I wanted a fancy resume, but because I was curious about how startups actually work. None of those internships made me a “specialist” in anything. But together, they gave me something more valuable: a worldview of how businesses are built — how they start, grow, hire, and execute. (Also, I discovered that office parties are where you secretly learn the most about company building.) Most people think of internships as a way to learn one skill, work on one project, and add one line to their resume. We think that’s limiting. And that’s the spirit behind FlentX . Think of it less like an internship and more like an apprenticeship — a way to actually live inside how a company runs. Startups don’t succeed because one person is great at one tool. They succeed because a bunch of ambitious, slightly restless people figure out how product, growth, ops, brand, and customer experience all click together. If you get into FlentX, you’ll be the ONLY intern in the ENTIRE function (we have seven core functions). You won’t be parked on side projects. You’ll be thrown straight into the team’s P0s, working in the same chaos and urgency as the rest of us. The goal isn’t to leave with one polished technical skill. It’s to leave with sharper instincts, a broader perspective, and the confidence that comes from having lived the startup journey up close. If you see yourself running your own thing one day — or just want to know what the ride actually feels like — FlentX is a pretty good place to start. What Makes FlentX Different? One intern, one function. We only take one intern per function at a time. That means you get focus, accountability, and a clear seat at the table. No side projects. You’ll be plugged into the team’s real priorities - the P0s that directly impact growth - not given parallel “intern tasks.” Breadth within your function. Instead of repeating one task, you’ll move across different problem statements, seeing how multiple levers within a function come together. Startup reality. The work isn’t predictable or neatly packaged. Priorities will change, problems will surprise you, and that’s exactly where the learning happens. How It Works Join a Core Function FlentX runs across seven core teams — Demand Growth, Supply Growth, Tech & Platform, Marketing & Brand, Customer Experience, Product Operations, and Logistics & Warehouse. You can share your preference in the application form, but the final call on where you fit best will be ours. Each function takes only one intern at a time, so when you’re in, it’s your spot. Duration The program typically runs for 3–6 months. It’s long enough for you to contribute meaningfully, see projects through, and get a real sense of how the business works. Rolling Openings FlentX runs year-round. New spots open whenever a team has space, so keep an eye out. Application Process Start with a short form about your background and curiosity. If shortlisted, you’ll have a casual chat with the functional lead to understand how you think and solve problems. Sometimes we may throw in a mini-challenge to see you in action. Timeline We like to keep things fast. From application to decision, the process usually wraps in 10–14 days. Perks @ FlentX Stipend A monthly stipend of ₹30,000. Fast-track to full-time High-impact interns unlock a direct interview with the founders for full-time roles. Facetime with founders Regular brainstorms & 1-1s that can change the game. Live the Flent experience Stay 15 days in a Flent home, on us. F&B Vouchers Vouchers worth INR 5000 so that you don’t think twice about going out & exploring Bangalore’s nightlife. Team socials We work hard, we party harder. Personal shoutout Recommendation letters from founders when you make your mark. Who is this for? At FlentX, we look for raw traits over polished resumes. You take ownership. If something’s broken, you don’t wait — you fix it. You move fast. Trying and failing beats sitting and planning. You’re fine with chaos. Startups aren’t neat. You’d rather dive in than wait for order. You hustle. ChatGPT + common sense + persistence is your toolkit. You care about building. Titles and certificates don’t excite you — impact does. We don’t care if you’re 19 or 59, from IIT or no degree at all. If you’ve got curiosity and drive, you’ll fit right in. Just ask Robert De Niro :) The 7 Pods You Could Join Below are the biggest challenges that each pod is solving for the next six months Demand Growth Go from 30 → 150 tenants signups/month Tighten conversion ops — from visits to tokens to onboarding — without leaks. Supply Growth Crack new channels to build a consistent property pipeline. Build tech + intelligence to sharpen our pincode-level rental index. Tech & Platform Ship robust internal ops tools that teams can’t live without. Lay the foundation for our tenant-facing rental ecosystem platform. Marketing & Brand Keep scaling content, social media & offline experiences. Experiment with demand-gen channels to fuel the top of the funnel. Customer Experience Understand customers deeply — CX is the one touchpoint through their stay. Turn recurring issues into solid playbooks so nothing falls through the cracks. Product Ops & Design Scale design and furnishing without losing taste. Unlock the path to flipping 100 homes a month. Procurement & Logistics Build IKEA level tech + systems for a seamless inventory flow. Make couches, beds, and lamps move like clockwork across warehouses and homes. Creative Director bengaluru, karnataka, india 10 years INR 23.0 - 25.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Hey — I’m Shail, co-founder & CEO at Flent 👋🏼 Brand is the most energizing part of my job. For me, brand is perception. It’s not just a logo, a social media post, or a campaign. It’s how people feel when they hear about us, walk into one of our homes, or interact with our content. Every touchpoint — big or small — adds up to the brand we’re building. Until now, I’ve been the one holding this together. From the tweets we push out, to the decks we share, to the way we launch homes — I’ve been deeply involved in shaping how Flent shows up. But it’s time to bring on someone who can not just match that energy, but take it to the next level. If you join this team, you’ll work directly with me. I’ll lean on you as my creative right hand —the person who ensures Flent’s brand is sharp, consistent, and world-class across everything we put into the world. You’ll manage and inspire a team of four, push boundaries, and set a standard that makes people look at Flent and say, “these guys get it.” About The Role We’re looking for a full-stack creative leader who can be my partner in building Flent’s brand world. Three things define the person for me: taste-custodian, big-idea thinker, and doer. You’ll lead a small creative team — visual design, video, copy, social — while also rolling up your sleeves to create yourself. Some days you’ll be ideating and directing campaigns, other days you’ll be refining an idea until it feels sharp enough to carry our name. Your job is to make sure the brand feels on point — visually, narratively, and experientially — across everything we put out into the world. If you’ve got taste, range, and a dangerous ability to execute ideas fast, we’d love to chat. What you’ll broadly do: Drive reach and impact Own top-of-funnel brand metrics — impressions, website visits, and awareness — while also measuring the most subjective thing in the world: perception. Lead and inspire a creative team Guide a small team of four — visual design, video, copy, social. Give them direction, feedback, and mentorship that brings out their best work. Be obsessed with the details Always be in QA mode — from typography and color choices to video cuts and copy lines, stay on top of the small things that separate a good brand from a great one. Spend the brand budget wisely Own the responsibility of where and how we invest in brand — campaigns, collabs, shoots, and experiments — balancing taste, impact, and efficiency. Push the boundaries of our brand personality Help us be more edgy, bougie, and nonchalant at the same time :) What your day-to-day will look like: Ideating and directing campaigns : from idea to execution across social, brand, and community. Reviewing and giving feedback on your team’s work : designs, videos, copy, and social drops, to make sure it all meets the Flent bar. Rolling up your sleeves to create yourself : sometimes designing, writing, or shaping the final cut when it matters. Sync tightly : with founders, product, and ops to keep our GTM, cultural moves, and product stories on-lock. Tracking reach and perception metrics : impressions, website visits, engagement, recall — and adjusting creative bets accordingly. Inspiring and pushing your team : helping them move faster, take risks, and build a brand that makes people stop and notice. Direct external production : oversee shoots, collabs, and work with freelancers or partners to bring bold creative ideas to life. We’re looking for someone who: Has 7–10 years of creative experience across visual design, content, video, or social media — agency or startup, we’re open, as long as the work shows range and taste Has atleast 2 years experience in managing a team of creatives — knows how to guide, critique, and inspire. Is T-shaped — great at one craft (visual design, copywriting, video, or social media) while understanding and appreciating the others. Has impeccable taste — the kind you can’t teach, only refine. Moves fast without losing craft — you know when something is “good enough to ship” and when it needs one more push. Thrives in ambiguity — don’t expect me to give you a perfect brief; instead, you’ll help me create clarity. Has experience with brand budgets — making smart calls on shoots, collabs, and production to maximize impact. Understands internet culture and social storytelling — what makes people stop scrolling, share, and talk. Bonus: has worked with brands building for affluent / premium audiences. Educational qualifications don’t matter to us at Flent. What does is your curiosity, your bias for action, and your ability to think deeply about people and systems. If you want to help build a world-class team and a culture worth fighting for — we’d love to talk. Apply now if you feel you are ready for your next challenge! Compensation Range: ₹23L - ₹25L

Growth Marketing Manager bengaluru, karnataka, india 2 - 5 years INR Not disclosed On-site Full Time

Hey I'm Shail, co-founder & CEO at Flent. If hired, you'll be working directly with me. Important disclosure: working with me can be intense. Priorities shift fast, expectations are high, and my asks are often half-baked and vague. If that kind of environment excites you, you'll thrive here. If not, this role may not be the right fit. Top-of-mind awareness campaigns have worked well for us so far, it's how we acquired our first 100 homes and attracted 300+ customers. People knew about us, trusted us, and wanted to be associated with the brand. But scaling from here looks very different. Brand will only build aspiration & trust, it won't get us signed agreements or paying customers. The next phase of growth is all about intent. Finding the levers that push people from I've heard of you to I want to Flent RIGHT NOW. That means testing channels, reading the signals, and doubling down on what consistently delivers. I also own brand at Flent, so lead gen and brand will overlap a lot. We'll be working closely to make sure whatever we try on the growth side doesn't just bring in leads, but also feels true to our positioning. Don't expect me to approve a lead gen idea if it sounds non-flent :) About The Role You'll be the architect of our lead-generation and conversion playbooks. Your job is to run experiments on both the supply side (landlords) and the demand side (tenants). Some channels will be obvious the ones that can start showing results quickly. Others will take more digging, more trial-and-error, before they start paying off. You'll be testing both, gathering insights, and figuring out where we should double down. You'll also work very closely with the sales team to track conversions making sure those leads actually translate into signed agreements. Think of this job as building the playbooks that keep our supply and demand pipelines healthy, so sales never has to chase in the dark. What you'll broadly do: Run channel experiments across supply & demand Ads, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, on-ground activations, anything that can move the needle. Share & Document Document what works, cut what doesn't, and leave behind processes that scale. Track the full funnel From first touch to signed agreements, ensuring lead quality and conversions stay high. Work hand-in-hand with Sales Align on pipeline quality, feedback loops, and conversion insights. Act as a hybrid operator Some days you'll be a product manager (shaping a flow or funnel), some days a developer (building scrappy tools/automations), and most days a program manager (holding experiments together across teams). Keep growth and brand in sync Make sure our experiments bring in leads and reflect how Flent wants to show up. What your day-to-day will look like: Setting up and running campaigns across different channels (digital + offline) Experimenting with new ways to generate leads from cold outreach to partnerships Crunching numbers to figure out which channels bring in high-intent leads Building scrappy tools, dashboards, or automations to speed things up Acting like a PM when needed fixing funnels, tweaking journeys, or improving flows Working closely with Sales to monitor lead quality, pipeline health, and conversion rates Collaborating with Brand on creatives and messaging for experiments Rapidly iterating: doubling down on what works, shutting down what doesn't We're looking for someone who: Has 25 years of experience in marketing, product management, or analytics with a T-shaped understanding of other growth levers. Is part builder, part operator can wear the hat of a product manager, a developer, or a program manager depending on what the problem demands. Is data-driven but creative equally comfortable with SQL sheets and scrappy copywriting. Thrives in 0 ? 1 environments ambiguity, fast pivots, and half-baked asks don't throw you off. Knows their way around growth tools, CRMs, and AI-native workflows and isn't afraid to build scrappy automations. Works well across teams especially with Sales (to track conversions) and Brand (to keep messaging consistent). Has a strong bias for action moves quickly, experiments relentlessly, and gets things shipped. Cares about detail and follow-through doesn't just start experiments, but closes the loop and measures results. Educational background doesn't matter to us. What does is your attitude, your ability to take ownership, and your willingness to do what it takes to make landlords feel taken care of. Apply now if you feel you are ready for your next challenge! Compensation Range: ?12L - ?15L

Hey — I’m Dhiram , Growth Lead at Flent. I believe demand isn’t just about filling the top of the funnel. It’s about owning the entire revenue journey - from first touchpoint to lifetime value. At Flent, sales and customer success are the same thing to me. If a sale is done with the right expectation-setting, retention becomes natural. If it isn't, LTV dies before it begins. Our funnel today works, but it’s messy, opaque, and too dependent on individuals. We need someone who can bring visibility, build accountability, and turn demand into a scalable system . If you love fixing broken processes, driving metrics, and making teams sharper — you’ll crack this role. As a person, I’m high-trust and prefer to be hands off, but I only get there when I know things will be closed without me following up. I obsess over data and details because revenue isn’t luck - it’s systems, clarity, and execution. About the Role Demand at Flent touches everything revenue . It starts the moment a lead discovers us. We educate them on the market. We qualify them. We schedule visits and drive conversions. We set expectations and close the sale. And it doesn’t stop there — after they move in, we focus on NPS, retention, and LTV. Today, parts of this journey work, but they lack visibility and consistency. Teams operate in silos. Processes exist, but they’re not owned. Data is scattered. Accountability is weak. Your job? Break it. Rebuild it. Own it. Make it scale. You will: Be the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and customer success. Operate in the details daily — especially with the sales team. Build the systems that make revenue predictable. Own the metrics that actually move the company (Conversion, Retention, LTV). Bring transparency so every stakeholder always knows what’s happening and why. This isn’t a “growth marketer” role. It’s not “sales ops.” It's a full-fledged demand ownership role. Product Designer bengaluru, karnataka, india 5 years INR 28.0 - 30.0 Lacs P.A.

Visual Designer (Brand) bengaluru,karnataka,india 5 years INR 10.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Hey - I’m Shail, co-founder & CEO at Flent 👋🏼 Along with the 100 other things on my plate as a founder, I also lead our brand efforts - and honestly, it’s the most energizing part of my job. I think of brand as perception. It’s what people feel when they hear about you, use your product, or interact with your team. And the brand team gets to shape that perception intentionally through four things : A product that’s useful, functional, and well-designed A great story - whether it’s about us, the product, or our customers A consistently delightful experience And thoughtful, high-quality execution across every touchpoint That’s why brand, for me, isn’t a vertical function - it cuts across product, CX, sales, ops, and even tech. If you’re joining this team, you’ll definitely work on top-of-funnel things - the kind that create awareness and build recall. But just as importantly, you’ll act as a visual quality filter for everything Flent puts out into the world. From the social media creatives we push out, to the decks we send out, to the way we announce launches - I’ll lean on you to make sure every single touchpoint reflects the perception we want to create. About The Role As a Visual Designer at Flent , you’ll help craft and scale the visual identity of the brand. Your job will be to make Flent look and feel sharp, modern, and consistent - whether that’s on social media, a landlord pitch deck, a gifting moment, or an offline activation. This is a role for someone who cares about aesthetics, detail, and storytelling through design. You’ll translate ideas into visuals that people instantly connect with, while ensuring our visual identity stays distinct and cohesive. What you’ll broadly do Shape how Flent shows up in the world From a home launch post that creates buzz, to the deck that convinces a landlord to sign with us - you’ll design the visuals that carry our story forward. Build a visual language people can instantly recognize Typography, colors, layouts, icons, photography - you’ll evolve and codify the system that makes anything “feel Flent” at first glance. Treat every touchpoint as a brand moment - and guard the last mile of quality From a big campaign to a simple tenant move-in guide, you’ll ensure every visual is sharp, on-brand, and reflects Flent’s taste. Push the boundaries of Flent’s visual brand Keep raising the bar on taste, detail, and originality - so that over time, Flent is known not just for consistency, but for a visual identity that feels world-class. Create tools that make consistency effortless Design libraries, templates, and guidelines that help the entire team put out work that looks sharp without needing you every single time. What your day-to-day will look like Designing social media creatives and campaign assets for home launches, events, and brand moments Developing tenant-facing materials - move-in guides, welcome kits, and other touchpoints that set the tone for the Flent experience Crafting and polishing sales decks, landlord presentations, and internal documents so they’re always sharp, consistent, and on-brand Evolving and maintaining our visual identity system - templates, guidelines, and asset libraries - to make consistency effortless across the org Experimenting with new visual formats (motion graphics, reels, short videos, or 3D) to extend how Flent expresses itself Collaborating with photographers, videographers, and copywriters in the team to produce shoot-ready or campaign-ready visuals Acting as the visual QA layer - reviewing design output across teams to make sure every single piece that goes out into the world feels distinctly Flent. We’re looking for someone who: Has 3–5 years of visual/graphic design experience (agency or in-house, consumer brands preferred) Is strong in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) Has a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition Can translate abstract ideas into simple, clear, compelling visuals Balances taste with pragmatism - knows when to push creative boundaries and when to keep it clean Is detail-obsessed, but ships fast Loves being hands-on and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to figure stuff out Enjoys working across teams and functions, and can manage multiple moving pieces Bonus: has exposure to motion design, video editing, or 3D Apply now if you feel you are ready for your next challenge! Compensation Range: ₹10L - ₹12L

Brand Lead bengaluru,karnataka,india 10 years INR 23.0 - 25.0 Lacs P.A.

You’ll manage and inspire a team of four, push boundaries, and set a standard that makes people look at Flent and say, “these guys get it.” About The Role We’re looking for a full-stack brand leader who can be my partner in building Flent’s brand world. Three things define the person for me: taste-custodian, big-idea thinker, and doer. You’ll lead a small brand team — visual design, video, copy, social — while also rolling up your sleeves to create yourself. We’re looking for someone who: Has 7–10 years of creative/brand experience across visual design, content, video, or social media — agency or startup, we’re open, as long as the work shows range and taste Has atleast 2 years experience in managing a team of creatives — knows how to guide, critique, and inspire.

Senior Associate - Finance bengaluru,karnataka,india 1 - 3 years INR 10.0 - 12.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Hey — I’m Rishabh, co-founder & COO at Flent. I lead tech, platform, and cashflow here. Now you might wonder — why is a COO running tech & platform? And if you dig a little deeper, you’ll see I’ve been a product manager most of my career. So then why am I building a real estate company? Fair questions. The truth is — Flent’s a bit of an anomaly. Titles don’t mean much. Backgrounds, even less. We go where curiosity takes us. And mine led me to own finance. At a company like Flent, financial leverage is what makes or breaks momentum. It’s also what turns the impossible, possible — because great homes do come at a cost. Cash moves fast here — from tenants to landlords, furniture vendors to society associations. Amongst a million debits and credits, a great cashflow management system is our bloodstream. I believe Finance isn’t just about keeping the books clean ; it’s about making every rupee pull its weight. With cash moving in and out constantly, there’s a real opportunity to build a powerful flywheel. Collect a little earlier, pay a little later, manage your float better — and you create space to grow without always needing more capital. That’s the kind of financial thinking we value. Finance, in our world, is a growth lever — and this team is expected to squeeze every drop of leverage from every transaction. About The Role As the first Finance hires at Flent, you will be helping build the financial foundation of a company. This role requires someone who can handle ambiguity, move fast, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with operational details while keeping an eye on strategic opportunities. Flent doesn’t merely manage homes, we are keepers of trust and transparency for real estate. Our working capital and cashflow game is intense. There are a lot of moving parts, money flowing in multiple directions, and decisions that need to happen fast. We need someone who thrives in this environment and sees opportunity where others see chaos. This isn't a "sit in the corner and crunch numbers" role. You'll be building our finance function from the ground up, working directly with leadership on strategy, and ensuring every rupee flowing through Flent is tracked, optimized, and working for us. Senior Associate - Finance bengaluru, karnataka, india 1 - 3 years INR Not disclosed On-site Full Time

Hey I'm Rishabh, co-founder & COO at Flent. I lead tech, platform, and cashflow here. Now you might wonder why is a COO running tech & platform And if you dig a little deeper, you'll see I've been a product manager most of my career. So then why am I building a real estate company Fair questions. The truth is Flent's a bit of an anomaly. Titles don't mean much. Backgrounds, even less. We go where curiosity takes us. And mine led me to own finance. At a company like Flent, financial leverage is what makes or breaks momentum. It's also what turns the impossible, possible because great homes do come at a cost. Cash moves fast here from tenants to landlords, furniture vendors to society associations. Amongst a million debits and credits, a great cashflow management system is our bloodstream. I believe Finance isn't just about keeping the books clean ; it's about making every rupee pull its weight. With cash moving in and out constantly, there's a real opportunity to build a powerful flywheel. Collect a little earlier, pay a little later, manage your float better and you create space to grow without always needing more capital. That's the kind of financial thinking we value. Finance, in our world, is a growth lever and this team is expected to squeeze every drop of leverage from every transaction. About The Role As the first Finance hires at Flent, you will be helping build the financial foundation of a company. There are a lot of moving parts, money flowing in multiple directions, and decisions that need to happen fast. You'll be building our finance function from the ground up, working directly with leadership on strategy, and ensuring every rupee flowing through Flent is tracked, optimized, and working for us. End of the day, you would just not be managing money, you would be managing trust - of our landlords, our tenants and our investors. People Operations Coordinator bengaluru, karnataka 2 years INR 3.5 - 4.0 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Hey - I’m Pratik, and I manage People & Culture at Flent. I’ve always believed that a workplace is shaped by the quality of everyday interaction - clear answers when someone needs help, a smooth first day, and the ease with which people get what they need to do great work. These small interactions might look simple, but they define how people feel inside a company . To me, great People Ops is not just about processes working - is about building systems that make work feel clear, reliable, and friction-free. A function that anticipates needs, closes loops, and quietly keeps the company moving forward. As we grow, I want People Operations to become a strong, responsive backbone for Flent - sharp in execution, thoughtful in communication, and grounded in care. A function that makes the everyday experience at Flent feel smooth and well-orchestrated. And not just a “HR back-office”, which it can also never be. If this is how you see People Ops too, you’ll fit right in. About the Role We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator who can run day-to-day people and office operations with clarity, speed, and strong follow-through. And who understands that great employee experience is built through a thousand small moments executed well. This is a deeply operational, hands-on role where execution comes first . You’ll manage onboarding, data, vendors, logistics, admin - all the moving parts that keep the company organised and help people get what they need without friction. You’ll be the one making sure things are set up right, followed through, and closed out without delay - with consistency and reliability. What you’ll broadly do: Seamlessly manage the entire new-hire experience. From pre-hire communication to Day One readiness - ensuring every detail (documents, system access, IT setup, benefits) is fully taken care of so new hires feel welcomed and prepared . Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee records and HR documentation through meticulous data management . Maintain accurate inventory and oversee the upkeep of all company assets, both IT and non-IT. Act as the primary on-ground executor at the workplace, handling day-to-day admin tasks, coordination, and office support. Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure all facility needs are taken care of and the workplace is always set up for success. Take full ownership of a wide range of People Operations activities, big and small - while also supporting ongoing and upcoming HR and workplace projects by coordinating tasks, gathering information, and driving timely execution. Create meaningful moments by owning, planning and driving engagement initiatives to help create a workplace where people feel connected, appreciated and simply at home. Plan and execute logistics for meaningful events including team lunches, conferences, and offsites - coordinating vendors, travel, etc. end-to-end. Support the execution of key company-wide People programs such as performance cycles, policy rollouts, system updates, and other SOP-driven initiatives. What’s In It For You Build in a 0 1 Environment You’ll work in a true start up environment - not maintaining legacy processes, but operating in a space where systems are being built and evolving in real time. Own Problems End-to-End If something is yours, you’ll run it completely. From identifying gaps to fixing them to making the system stronger. Full ownership, no micromanagement. Real-World, High-Energy Work You’ll solve messy, live operational challenges that need speed, clarity, and hustle - the kind of work that teaches you more in 6 months than years of traditional HR roles. Work With Sharp, Ambitious Thinkers You’ll collaborate closely with founders and people who think fast, think deeply, and expect excellence. A great environment to sharpen your own craft. We’re looking for someone who: Has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in People Ops, HR coordination or administration, or operational roles in fast-paced teams. Thinks operationally - understands processes, spots gaps quickly, and knows how to make things run smoothly without drama. Is a natural problem-solver who figures things out independently, even when there’s no playbook. Operates with high ownership and high trust ; doesn’t wait for instructions, reminders, or micro-management. Can confidently speak to vendors, handle logistical complexity , and navigate tricky situations with calmness and clarity. Communicates crisply and respectfully. Written or verbal - and can switch languages when needed to get things done. Has a strong sense of judgment, maturity, and reliability ; someone people naturally trust to “just take care of it.” Cares deeply about creating a smooth, friction-free experience for candidates, new hires, and employees. Educational qualifications don’t matter to us at Flent. What does is your curiosity, your bias for action, and your ability to think deeply about people and systems. If you want to help build a world-class team and a culture worth fighting for — we’d love to talk. Apply now if you feel you are ready for your next challenge! Compensation Range: ₹3.5L - ₹4L
