About The Role As the first Finance hires at Flent, you will be helping build the financial foundation of a company. This role requires someone who can handle ambiguity, move fast, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with operational details while keeping an eye on strategic opportunities. You'll be building our finance function from the ground up, working directly with leadership on strategy, and ensuring every rupee flowing through Flent is tracked, optimized, and working for us.
