Head of Operations

Role Overview

The Operations Head will drive operational excellence across IQue Ventures and its portfolio startups. This role ensures smooth processes, strong cross-functional coordination, structured reporting, and seamless execution of the CEO’s strategic directives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and milestones of all portfolio startups.
• Identify execution gaps and support founders with operational solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations across all departments within IQue Ventures.
• Build and streamline processes, workflows, and SOPs for efficiency and scalability.
• Act as the operational authority in the CEO’s absence; ensure smooth team alignment.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Finance, Consulting, HR, Growth, etc.
• Conduct periodic process audits and ensure compliance.
• Support a high-performance culture and assist HR in operational hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, with 2+ years in startup environments.
