Position Summary: The Manager – Learning & Development (L&D) will design, implement, and oversee training initiatives to enhance staff capabilities, align with organizational goals, and promote continuous learning. This role requires expertise in adult learning principles, training delivery, and performance improvement with a strong focus on ministry-oriented and skill-based development. The role will also oversee quality checks and training for the Telephone Prayer Tower (TPT) to ensure excellence in prayer and counseling services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Needs Analysis Conduct training needs assessments across departments. Identify skills gaps and future capability requirements. Develop annual L&D plans aligned to organizational strategy. 2. Program Design & Development Create engaging training modules for technical, soft skills, and ministry-related competencies. Customize onboarding programs for new hires. Develop leadership and succession planning programs. 3. Training Delivery Facilitate workshops, seminars, and online learning sessions. Monitor consistency, empathy, and spiritual depth in TPT calls. 5. Evaluation & Impact Measurement Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance data. Track ROI of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements. 6. Learning Systems & Resources Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning resources. Maintain an updated library of training materials and e-learning content. 7. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with department heads to address skill gaps. Support cultural transformation, employee engagement, and career development initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field. 5+ years in L&D or training management. Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, etc.). Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. Creativity in developing learning experiences that engage and inspire. Experience in call center quality monitoring and training will be an added advantage. This role involves leading a team of Telephone Prayer Intercessors, ensuring operational excellence, spiritual impact, and high-quality engagement with partners and callers. Key Responsibilities: 1.
