Head Operations

Purpose:

To lead and manage diverse operational areas of the ministry/business with strategic foresight, financial discipline, people leadership, and a deep-rooted commitment to the vision and values of the organization. This role is for a spiritually mature believer with the ability to build and scale operations effectively across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple functions and locations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ministry impact.

• Strategic Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for business and ministry growth. Translate vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.

• Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor cash flow, ensure financial accountability, and work with senior finance teams to align spend with strategic priorities.

• People Leadership:

Lead large and remote teams with a focus on performance, culture, and discipleship. Build strong leadership pipelines and succession plans.

• HR and Legal Compliance:

Ensure all employment practices are legally compliant and align with organizational values. Oversee HR systems, staff welfare, and statutory obligations.

• Networking & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain key relationships with business leaders, ministry heads, church bodies, donors, and institutional partners.

• Branding & Communication:

Guide the organization’s branding, internal and external communication, and public relations with a ministry-centered approach.

• Digital Operations & Marketing:

Oversee digital transformation, CRM integration, data-driven decision making, and online outreach/marketing strategies to expand reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations, ideally with exposure to both corporate and ministry environments
• Strong understanding of financial management, HR, and legal frameworks
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, especially in geographically dispersed teams
• Strong digital acumen – experience with technology, systems, and digital marketing tools
• Effective communicator, networker, and problem solver
• Spiritually grounded, with a passion to serve and build God’s Kingdom through excellence in operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
