Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
entire 3PL warehouse operations
, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, dispatch, manpower, and statutory compliance.
Oversee and streamline operations across
multiple warehouses
to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and legal compliance requirements.
Maintain excellent service levels for existing clients and
bring new clients on board
to grow the business.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, accounts, and transportation.
Prepare daily MIS, stock reports, and client reports as required.
Lead, motivate, and train a large workforce to achieve operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory; MBA/Supply Chain Management is preferred.
You must have
long-term experience
in a single company, preferably in the
FMCG or Consumer Goods industry
.
Proven leadership and client acquisition/handling abilities.
Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong working knowledge of SAP/WMS systems and MIS reporting.
