Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations Planning

• Develop and implement the annual operations plan (AOP) aligned with the organizations strategic goals.
• Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure, maintenance, logistics, and procurement across all branches.
• Ensure resource optimization and cost efficiency while maintaining service quality standards.
• Lead operational readiness for new school launches and expansion projects.

2. Process Governance SOP Implementation

• Establish and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across academic and non- academic functions
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and statutory norms.
• Standardize key school-level processes such as admissions support, parent communication, vendor management, and facility maintenance.

3. Facility Management C Infrastructure

• Oversee school infrastructure, repairs, and upkeep, ensuring a safe and compliant learning environment.
• Manage service vendors (security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, IT) through measurable SLAs.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance, safety checks, and inventory control.

4. Compliance, Safety Risk Management

• Ensure all schools comply with legal, safety, and regulatory standards (fire, building, health, RTE norms).
• Oversee risk management protocols and emergency response drills.
• Work closely with the Legal C Compliance Officer to track and report compliance metrics.

5. Financial Operational Efficiency

• Monitor operational budgets, expenses, and cost control measures across all centers.
• Support finance in developing capex and opex forecasts for operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational savings and process efficiency.

6. Leadership Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead and mentor the operations team, administrative heads, and center coordinators.
• Collaborate with Principals and department heads for cross-functional execution.
• Serve as the bridge between management directives and ground-level execution.
