Job role : EA to CEO (Male) Experience : minimum 4 years as an EA Work days : Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00AM to 8:00PM An EA to CEO job typically involves providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth operations, often with a focus on confidentiality and discretion. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing a complex and often demanding calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensuring all meetings are arranged effectively and the CEO has the necessary background information. Prioritizing and managing competing demands from internal and external stakeholders. Communication and Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Drafting and composing professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Screening emails and managing the flow of information to the CEO. Travel and Logistics: Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Preparing travel itineraries and ensuring the CEO has all necessary documents. Meeting and Event Management: Arranging and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Preparing reports, presentations, and memos. Managing the CEO's office operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion with all sensitive information. Handling confidential matters with professionalism and tact. Project Management: Taking ownership of specific projects to support the CEO and COO in the delivery of their work. Monitoring and tracking various projects and tasks to ensure timely completion. Liaison and Relationship Management: Serving as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, including board members, staff, and external contacts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Other Duties: Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed. Performing other duties as assigned by the CEO

Job description Candidates Preferably from Education industry 1. Contributes in the management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, conflict management, mentoring, salary and conditions, statutory compliance, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance, appraisals and any other HR related issues). 2. Develop and implement the HR strategies aligned to the business objectives. 3. To ensure all staff details are entered on MCB on the same day that the employee joins, ensuring that the form is duly signed by Chairman Sir. 4. To ensure that the Joining Formalities are completed on time and the original document is kept safely. 5. Conducts a thorough orientation for new joinees, briefs them about their profile, and takes them on a tour of campus for appropriate introductions. 6. To monitor daily attendance of all employees of all branches. A summary report to be shared with Chairman Sir. 7. Necessary disciplinary action to be taken against employees who are late regularly / remaining absent frequently, as per our policy. 8. To ensure the ID card is issued on the first day when the employee joins. 9. Issuing appointment letters to all employees on time. 10. Manages the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, website advertising, updating of the company resource plan, sifting and selection of CVs, attending interviews and selecting candidates. 11. To maintain a proper recruitment tracker with TAT time for the enlisted positions to be hired based on priority. 12. Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates. 13. Should plan , design and implement various employee engagement programs during the year . 14. To ensure that MCB is used effectively to maintain all HR details i.e. from recruitment of employee, payroll, and exit formalities and the same is updated daily. 15. To complete the Exit formalities, in case an employee is leaving the organization including exit interviews and a proper handover report. 16. Facilitates as a mediator when required to try and resolve employee grievances. 17. Review and update employment contracts and agreements. 18. Review and update vendor contracts and agreements. 19. Establish and execute employee leave management system. 20. Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and culture. 21. Develop and communicate positive employee relation strategies and retention initiatives that foster and promote a culture of excellence.
