Role & responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and compliance documentation.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and recognition programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate

    in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience

    in HR operations, preferably in schools or educational institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of

    HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
