The incumbent will act as a central point of coordination between design, procurement, execution, finance, and management teams. Activity list Develop, review, and manage detailed project schedules from design to handover stages. Define project milestones, critical paths, and dependencies to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, risks, and deviations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders for design and drawing approvals. Lead inter-departmental coordination between Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Execution, MEP, and Finance teams. Ensure smooth flow of project information, drawings, and approvals across departments. Facilitate regular review meetings with project heads and management to track progress and address bottlenecks.
