General Description The successful candidate must have a proven track recorded in all phases of Sales & marketing mainly for Premium & Luxury Residential and also have demonstrated superior performance metrics in past Activity list. They will have a minimum of 5-12 years real estate luxury sales experience. The successful candidate must be a strong communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to work collaboratively with senior executives and business units to implement sales initiatives. Activity Developing Sales and Marketing Strategies, creating new market to develop the business Developing a strong network of Channel Partners managing and grooming of existing Channel Partners in and around Panipat Manage Site Sales, Channel Sales, Corporate sales Developing a strong network of Channel Partners throughout North and International Chain of Brokers. Recruitment selection and training of sales force along with Sales Head Analyzing Market trends, competitors activities and designing positioning strategies accordingly Strategic alliances with HNIs and Allied service providers Feasibility analysis for Sales and Marketing. Developing and executing 360-degree Marketing Plans along with Sales Head Educational Qualification Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications or related field Experience Job Specification Track record of superior performance metrics Excellent negotiation skills Strong decision-making abilities Tapping All India Channel Partners, Bankers, Referral Agents, Insurance Agents, and HNI Clients. Generating new leads from marketing activities and broker networks Exposure to Exhibitions & Events Daily calling and Closing Deals. Language fluency English and Hindi Knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage Knowledge/Skills desirable Personality Type Any other specification Negotiations & Coordination Should have strong customer relationship management skills. Market Analysis skills & Excellent presentation skills Proven leadership ability to drive team Ability to take initiatives and work independently An extroverted personality who enjoys being and talking with people; high energy level and a positive approach; team player; skill to motivate team.
