General Description The successful candidate must have a proven track recorded in all phases of Sales & marketing mainly for Premium & Luxury Residential and also have demonstrated superior performance metrics in past Activity list. They will have a minimum of 5-12 years real estate luxury sales experience. Recruitment selection and training of sales force along with Sales Head Analyzing Market trends, competitors activities and designing positioning strategies accordingly Strategic alliances with HNIs and Allied service providers Feasibility analysis for Sales and Marketing. Developing and executing 360-degree Marketing Plans along with Sales Head Educational Qualification Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications or related field Experience Job Specification Track record of superior performance metrics Excellent negotiation skills Strong decision-making abilities Tapping All India Channel Partners, Bankers, Referral Agents, Insurance Agents, and HNI Clients.
